Guarantee

Lorderan warrants that all products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1-3 years from the date of original purchase.

If the equipment develops a major defect within the warranty period that renders the product inoperable and cannot be repaired, Lorderan, at its option, will either repair the product or replace it with a new product of comparable quality. If Lorderan is unable to repair or replace the product, Lorderan will refund the purchase price of the product. A “major defect” means a defect that materially affects the use, value, or safety of the product. The customer must provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect. 

The warranty period is as follows:

• Tablet tester: one year

• Climate chamber: Two years

• Autolcave: Two years
• Pressure Vessel: 10-year warranty on the pressure vessel and lifetime technical support

• Biosafety cabinet: Three years

• Laminar flow cabinet: Three years

• Fume hood: Three years

• Lab shaker: Three years

This warranty covers all core components and every control function.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, or alteration of the product.
• Damage caused by the use of improper power supply, accessories, or consumables.
• Damage caused by normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by service performed by anyone other than an authorized service technician.
• Consumable parts and components such as heating tubes, rubber seals, glassware, HEPA filter, ULPA filter and other wear items.

Major Defects

In the event of a major defect that renders the equipment inoperable and cannot be repaired within a reasonable timeframe, Lorderan will provide a full refund or a replacement unit at no additional cost to the customer.

Examples of irreparable damage include but are not limited to:

• Short circuits causing internal wiring damage.
• Severe leakage resulting in pressure loss that cannot be repaired by replacing parts
• External deformation of the machine upon delivery.

Limitation of Liability

Lorderan shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of the use or inability to use this product.

Extended Warranty

Lorderan offers a two-year extended warranty to further protect your investment. This extended warranty provides additional coverage beyond the standard two-year warranty.
