Free Shipping on All Orders

  1. When you place an order, be sure to enter the correct name, address, and contact information so that we can deliver your items successfully.
  2. Please note that the delivery timeframes displayed here and at checkout are estimates, as we cannot guarantee that a parcel won’t encounter delays within the network.
  3. We strongly recommend that you dispatch to a reliable address, Lorderan is not responsible for lost/stolen orders.

 

Damaged Packaging Upon Arrival:

Upon delivery, if the packaging of your shipment appears damaged, please follow these procedures to ensure proper handling of any potential claims:

  • Note Damage on Delivery Receipt:
    Clearly indicate the damage to the packaging on the delivery receipt or proof of delivery (POD) document before signing. Be specific about the type and extent of the damage.
  • Provide Immediate Notification:
    Contact us (support@lorderan.com) immediately to report the damage. Timely notification is crucial.
  • Photographic Evidence:
    If possible, take clear photographs of the damaged packaging from multiple angles. This visual documentation will be helpful in processing any claims.
  • Responsibility Disclaimer:
    If the shipment is signed for without noting any packaging damage on the delivery receipt, or we are not notified of the damage immediately upon reception, we will not be held responsible for any subsequent damage claims.

 

Lorderan assumes no responsibility for delayed or rejected orders due to the following reasons:

  1. Shipping time might be delayed for 1-2 days for transportation to remote regions. 
  2. Delay or delivery failure because of the consignee’s actions. These actions include, but are not limited to: changing the address after shipment, entering an unknown address or wrong address, entering incorrect contact information, and refusal to receive, etc.
  3. Delay due to any unforeseen, inevitable, or insurmountable objective situation and other objective conditions that cause delayed shipping, including, but not limited to: weather, natural disasters, communication system interference or malfunction, government actions, postal administration policy changes, and other similar events.
  4. Mail and packages cannot be delivered to the consignee’s address during weekends, national holidays, and festivals.

Liability of buyer for neglecting or refusing delivery of goods

When Lorderan is ready and willing to deliver the goods, and requests you to take delivery, and you does not within a reasonable time after such request take delivery of the goods, you have liable to Lorderan for any loss occasioned by your neglect or refusal, including merchandise returned shipping charge, disposed of or destroyed charge.

International returns differ from domestic returns, so please review the following international returns information:

Some Orders shipped from our Chinese warehouse that have been shipped are ineligible for cancellation. The return cost will be deducted from total refund amount. 

Your return shipping cost is determined by the location and weight of the item(s) being returned and is calculated when your return is initiated by us through Lorderan.

Before placing an order, please make sure the delivery time is accepted.


Shipping Orders

Normally orders will ship within 3-7 business days of processing payment, unless particularly noted else where on the website, at the time order is placed, or you receive an email notice that an item in your order has been delayed. Any expected delivery dates that may be given are only estimates. Orders can be delayed due to verification or the time the order has been placed.  Orders may be delivered in separate shipments.  All purchases through lorderan.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon tender of the item to the carrier.


Delivery Address

A complete and correct delivery address is essential. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer) or your agent, we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. You must include a daytime telephone number for all orders. Occasionally packages are returned to Lorderan as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to Lorderan, please contact Lorderan to make arrangements for reshipment.
