Order

You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, login and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive order summary to your email. Order summary will also be stored to your account.

Our website allows you to place orders as a guest. This means you do not have to register an account to place an order. If you would like to place an order as a guest, start by adding the items you want to your basket. When you proceed to checkout, select the option to complete your order as a guest.

Yes, you can. If you want to change or cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible.

You can use all the major credit cards.

If you are a customer with established customer relationship with Lorderan. you are able to use Wire transfer as a B2B payment method. Domestic wire transfers can take less than 24 hours, while international payments can take up to five days to complete.

We need 1-3 working days to prepare your order and book the shipment.

All the products which are shown on our site are available. Order lead time depends on the products and quantities.

Shipping

Free Shipping on all orders.

Currently, we are not able to ship to a PO box. Orders sent to PO boxes will be canceled and result in an automatic refund.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your package has been shipped. Make sure to check your spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox.

For heavy items, you will receive the bill of loading via email, and, the real-time shipment tracking will keep you fully up to speed on its progress.

In most cases your whole order will be delivered at the same time.

Return, Refund and Warranty

You may return unused products within 30 days of purchase with a printed return note. Your items don’t need to be in the original box or bag as long as they’re securely packaged.

No restocking fee.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method very fast. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

NOTE: If the refund is not caused by Lorderan, Credit card transaction fees aren't returned to you when you issue a refund.

If your item is damaged/faulty we will provide a replacement (depending on stock availability) or a refund based on your order.

We offer one-year / three-year/ five-year warranty period for different products.

If the product is still within the warranty period, Lorderan will provide repleacement spare parts with free shipping.
